Things moving in South Africa (2013-05-10)

Anthea Torr

BIG Thanks to all the supporters - all went well we feel, in the court today - it was postponed, to the 25th June, due to the letters sent to Zuma and Minister of Justice, delivered and stamped, (thanks to Anton in Pretoria and my dear friends in Jhb) and written in the correct way, (according to their legal system, that they are still acting in - we had to use this or they will just ignore us! ;o) ) asking some pertinent questions about the UCC Filings and jurisdiction - they have until the 6th of June to respond to these questions - failing which, we informed them, we will be approaching the High Court for a Declaratory Order to verify the UCC Filings (which we know cannot be disputed - they are in order and have been correctly done) and so we wait for their response. in the meantime the rolling ball is gathering much moss! and so many more are becoming aware around the world - and being and doing in their own communities.
Our feeling now is to get as much publicity about this as possible - esp. the letters sent to Zuma and the Min. of Justice - it just creates more awareness - I will post them on the page - Garth King from the Echo was there and one from CNN (but as he says don't hold our breaths - they are controlled) - and we will be contacting as many people as we can in the media - any ideas and suggestions gratefully received.
Love and thanks Anthea
